Returns Eligibility

Please note that we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for items that have been used, damaged, or altered through normal wear and tear or misuse.

Incorrect Orders

Received the wrong item? Don’t worry, simply reach out to us within 3 days of receiving your order. We’ll arrange for the correct item to be sent or process a refund, depending on your preference.

Non-Returnable Items & Discounted or final sale items

Personalised or custom-made products (including engraved or custom address plaques). Since custom pieces are made specifically for you, cancellations, exchanges, or refunds are not applicable once your order has been confirmed.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify our customer support team within 3 days of delivery. We may request clear photos of the defect to help us resolve the issue quickly. Once verified, we will guide you on how to return the item, and we’ll replace it promptly at no additional cost to you.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Please note: Delivery fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
