To return an item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. We will guide you through the return process and issue a refund or exchange as requested.

We do our best to restock popular items as quickly as possible. If an item is out of stock, you can sign up for restock notifications on the product page or contact us directly for updates.

Currently, we only ship within Ghana and US. However, we are working on expanding our delivery network and hope to offer international shipping soon.
